This BBQ ribs uses fresh fruits as a sauce. It's tasty, slightly sweet. Because the seasonings soak into the meat. It will more delicious when eaten warm. Tender and juicy. Let's start our barbecue!
Ingredients:
1 kg beef ribs
1.5 liters of water
2 teaspoons salt
2 bay leaves

Seasonings:
200 ml of orange juice
250 g pears, grated
100 ml olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
5 cloves garlic, grated
8 cloves red onion, grated
4 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed coarse
1 teaspoon salt

Complement:
potato
setup vegetables

Directions:
  1. Cut the beef ribs about 14 cm long.
  2. Boil water, salt and bay leaves.
  3. Boil beef ribs over low heat until its meats are tender.
  4. When broth has reduce to ¼ parts. Add the seasoning.
  5. Cook over low heat until chops are tender.
  6. Bring ribs to temperature room.
  7. Heat outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill ribs, mopping them with sauce and turning until slightly charred and glazed, 10 to 12 minutes. 
  8. Serve with remaining sauce and topping.
