Directions:
- Cut the beef ribs about 14 cm long.
- Boil water, salt and bay leaves.
- Boil beef ribs over low heat until its meats are tender.
- When broth has reduce to ¼ parts. Add the seasoning.
- Cook over low heat until chops are tender.
- Bring ribs to temperature room.
- Heat outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill ribs, mopping them with sauce and turning until slightly charred and glazed, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Serve with remaining sauce and topping.
